“We will ... tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might, and other wonders that he has done…. so that they should set their hope in God and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments” Psalms 78:4,7
Our Children's Ministry (also known as "Grace Kids") is one reflection of how we value children as a vital part of our community.
What is offered for Children during Sunday Worship Services?
We encourage the presence of children in every aspect of our worship service. We recognize, however, that many parents of infants and toddlers prefer to have childcare assistance during worship and most young children benefit from some age-appropriate teaching. In order to enrich the worship experience for both children and parents we provide nursery for children birth through 3 years and an instructional time for children 4 years through 4th grade.
On Sundays, children will begin worship with their families (the nursery will be available during the entire service) and then are dismissed prior to the sermon to a kid-friendly children’s church. After the main worship service ends, parents pick up their children and are invited to gather with the whole church for refreshments and fellowship.
If you are a first time visitor, please fill out a brief registration form for children so we can better serve and be aware of any special needs your child may have. This form is available here or you can simply fill one out at our Grace Kids registration table on the lower level.
Also, for those interested in our commitment to safety and care, here is a copy of our Child Protection Policy.
